A light ‚mobile‘ breeze at BarCamp Berlin
This time I visit a event called BarCamp Berlin; my first BarCamp ever. I was not only curious about the topics and participants, but also about the organisation and procedure of this kind of events. After the welcome and session slotting I visit three interesting lectures; „How to promote your great web 2.0 app?“ by Michael Sliwinski (apivision.com eMarketing Agentur), „Opportunities for Mobile Startup“ by Matthäus Krzykowski (mobile facts GmbH) and „Herausforderung User Generated Content – Chance oder Risiko?“ by Dr. Carsten Ulbricht (Diem & Partner Rechtsanwälte). There were also some other presentations that I unfortunately miss like e.g. „Beer & Sauna“ by Mike Bradshaw and „SeriesJunkies Anonymous“ by Andreas Kupfer 🙂

In the evening, after a great dinner at Brauhaus Lemke, I also joined the „Night of the BarCamp“ in Sankt Oberholz. I heard that there were around 350 people (!?) at this event and I had a great time with some interesting talks with folks like Christin Heuser (pl0gbar), Martin Rothenberger (StudiVZ) and Martin Waldau (Gameforge).
