Trends on Mobile Payment and Mobile Marketing
The MCTA 2007 in Augsburg / Germany was a interesting event with the focus on Mobile Payment and Mobile Marketing. The title of my lecture was „The Value of a Mobile Community for Marketing Research – Fallbeispiele aus der Unterhaltungs- und Konsumgüterbranche“. It was a presentation with ideas how to extend existing web and mobile sites with peperonity.com community elements and use new opportunities in Mobile Marketing. Other speaker in my session „Mobile Marketing: Deutschland iminternationalen Vergleich“ were Roland Tauchner, executive member of the Mobile Marketing Association Austria with a lecture about „Status Quo, Potential und Risiken von Mobile Marketing“ and Frank Tausendfreund, Senior New Business Manager Mobile Marketing at mindmatics with a lecture titled „M-Loyalty – von der Kundenakquise in die Kundenbindung durch mobile Dienste“. Notable is the fact that also Mobile Marketing Service Provider are starting to offer Mobile Community Services. I have to extend my competition analysis :o)
