Today it was time to discover our small mountain village Fornalutx. This village is about 2 km away from Sóller, with a view on the village Biniaraix and the mountain chain Serra de Son Torrella. And from my hotel Sa Tanqueta you can even see the highest mountain on Majorca; the Puig Major (1445 m). In Fornalutx live about 500 people – one third are foreigners. The village is manageable, with many small alleys, a village square with cafeterias, a grocery and some small shops. Even if it is a small village, you can find many real estates for sale. There are three estate agents (Andrews & Associates, Engel & Völkers and Kühn & Partner) on place and another two (Inmobiliaria Coll and Mallorca Dream Homes) offering further real estates in town.
