Delicious lamb médaillons…
One day after the spicy african meatballs I was brave and tried fried lamb médaillons with a spicy chocolate-chilli-sauce, celeriac/sweet potato mash and green beans with bacon (Gebratene Lammmedaillons nappiert mit Schokoladen-Chilli-Sauce, dazu Sellerie-Süßkartoffelpürèe und Speckbohnen-Bündchen). It was a delicious meal in the winter garden ‚La Luna‘ of the Hotel Dresel in Hagen.
What an experience for all senses!
